|仕事内容||【You will be responsible for】|
・Setting the agenda and plan to drive long term growth of the project
・Evolve and drive the company’s brand strategy — lead integrated and strategic marketing and communications plan to advance the project brand awareness via campaigns and programs
・Developing and driving execution of growth strategies
・Content generation: own creative and content marketing ranging from sales collateral to blog content and social media content
・Be an example of true entrepreneurship, creativity, number-based mentality, exceptional analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, and attribution
・Build out a growth team over time as the company scales
・Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team on strategy, tactics, metrics and rhythms
・Provide and establish projects integration and relations. Keep the nice relations and participate in the meetings.
・Monitoring reputation and developed relationships with ecosystem influencers

|必須スキル・経験||【You will need to know】|
・Experience developing and executing product go-to-market strategies
・Experience working in startups and build strategies from scratch
・Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create, communicate and direct a team to achieve the company’s vision
・Understanding and experience working across all marketing functions, from product to communications
・Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience
・Solid general business skills, including analytical and project management skills, comfortable with managing budgets and monitoring business results
・Deep experience in digital marketing: content creation, creative marketing and driving integrated, lasting marketing campaigns
・Experience in working with mobile applications and building growth into the app
・Have experience in growth hacking or rapid scaling and efficient growth
・Follow an analytical mindset and know your numbers down to specific details
・Experience with growth marketing from strategy to execution in an early-stage, B2C environment
・Proficient with Google Analytics and SEO tools, marketplaces, referral programmes
・You care about the product and have experience working with Cohort analysis
